Sweet tater gnocchi

So easy and so good I used Carbquicks Carbalose flour. This is NOT their carbquick product but their flour!!!! legit just whipped it up and was so so good i had to make more for joe!

RECIPE!

Sweet tater gnocchi

2 medium sweet taters

2-3 cups carbalose

Salt

Pierce and bake taters 400F 50mins to 1hr…

Cool then peel off skin once cooled enough to handle mash in a bowl

Add 1 cup of flour mix add another mix then roll out onto a lightly floured surface. Fold and mix with hands adding flour until not sticky.

Form into a ball cut into 6-8 chunks and roll each into a snake…cut with pizza cutter or knife.

Get a large pot with water and boil add salt boil 3-5 mins until they float then if desired melt butter in a pan and toss boiled gnocchi in butter, parsley and salt and a little garlic powder! Bam!
